Ladybugs and More
Do you remember last year's food fair? This time the stalls were arranged on the “lungomare”, our sea front. This wasn't food but it is really a world of ladybugs.

Dry Dock
This is the gate, practically a caisson, of the small dry dock, built alongside the “Canale dei Francesi” (Frenchmen's Canal). You can easily see the level of the water on the outer side and the dry part on the right.
The boats enters the dock when it is level with the water outside.

Via degli Archi
“Via degli Archi” (Archways Street) links “Borgo dei Cappuccini” with “Borgo Sant'Jacopo”. The name comes from the archways at both ends of the street.
A narrow street which runs mostly between fields, it is more like a misplaced suburban road, not far from the city center.
