Boat out of Water

Benetti Mistral yacht, Carmelo Noli tugboat, LivornoThe unusual shape of the “Mistral”, a former tugboat built in 1962 and converted in yacht at the Benetti shipyard in 2006. The boat, born as “Carmelo Noli”, was active in the port of Savona until 1998.

I hope it isn't left to rot. I wish I had enough money to buy a tug, converted or not, and live on it.

This is exactly how I like my boats VP...out if the water, and no scary 'things' swimming around underneath!! It certainly does have a rather different shape to it, good shot.

A boat on dry dock has a forlorn look about it...sort of like a fish out of water.
