The Corallo Overpass

Terme del Corallo, Livorno
A view from the outrageous overpass that was built years ago in front of the “Terme del Corallo”.

After some partial restoration, the magnificent complex is still abandoned and in almost total decay.

I don't know enough to comment on the overpass, but obviously you think it was a waste of time and money? The Terme del Corallo looks like a magnificent building, whatever it was, but what a shame that hasn't been taken care of and restored.

Not easy to see such places not respected.

Ho una bellissima fotografia degli interni dell edificio, scattata in occasione di un matrimonio nei primi anni '30. È una vergogna vedere come è stato lasciato andare nel degrado questo stupendo complesso. E nn ho parole x il cavalcavia...

The overpass was only built in the wrong place, completely obstructing the view of this historical building...

Mi piacerebbe vederla...

Sad that the overpass was built just there.
But I see some really beautiful details around.
Hopefully they will be well kept.

That is very sad when you look at the original buildings VP, we can only hope that somehow this beauty will be restored enough to be used, maybe for some artistic purpose. Sometimes, well often really, urban planners don't put enough thought into the position of their constructions!

That is a way to gorgeous of a building to be left to decay.

A shame that it's being neglected.

Such a shame that a beautiful place like this is not getting the care it needs. :(
