“Via degli Archi” (Archways Street) links “Borgo dei Cappuccini” with “Borgo Sant'Jacopo”. The name comes from the archways at both ends of the street.A narrow street which runs mostly between fields, it is more like a misplaced suburban road, not far from the city center. At the other end one more archway reasserts the peculiar name.

fantastic arches...particularly like the "gold" one!
It must sound great to walk through them.
Please have a good Friday you all.
I think all streets should start and and end with arches VP, they look so good.
I like these , narrow streets, the narrower the better!
Fields?
There is something so special about archways!
So the first one is higher than it is wide.
The middle one is a nice combination of shapes.
Oh, I like so much this kind of "passagio" between streets, which can be seen in many town, in Europe.
I have a thing for arches. These are such lovely examples. :)
I love them all, but the middle one is the best:)
These are great VP. Love the arches and the light in your shots. Thank you so much for you birthday wishes.
These are fantastic, all of them, but my preference goes to the middle shot and it's almost northern Africa/Middle East look - great colour!
I'll take the mustard yellow arch please! :)

Belle queste strade particolari! Ciao, Arianna
The archways are beautiful and speak of earlier times long before North America was settled by Europeans.
They are all nice, but number2 is my favorite.
Love the colors and light in it.
A lovely arch series, VP.
So many archways connected to the buildings! We don't see it often here. I like the yellow walls in your second photo :D
