The “Felicita West” is a 62 meter sailing yacht built in 2003 by the
Perini Navi shipyard in Viareggio. Just for comparison, you can see on the right the 59 meter “
I Dynasty”.

The overview on her
website simply states that this is
the largest and fastest aluminium sailing yacht in the world.

To the really daring ones they offer the
most spectacular views from the crow's nest lift that ascends 40 meters (131 feet). The boat is available for charter.

The big boats and the beautiful water make me think of summer.... long for summer!
A stunning mast!
Anyone want to pitch in and charter together? Looks like great fun! :)
I was in Viareggio last September for just one night. I didn't know they had a shipyard there. I thought they just had hotels, tents and beach chairs.
She is beautiful. She is very sleek and just looks fast. No crow's nest for me--thanks anyway. LOL

Wow, I can't believe how tall that mast is. It seems like if I went up to the crow's nest and leaned slightly, the boat would capsize.
@ Jack - Viareggio has several renowned shipyards, specialized in luxury yachts.
Largest and fastest?! And it looks beautiful too!
What a beaut!
Brilliant pictures, I love the boat, it's so chic! :)

Ah beautiful. I'll take this over I Dynasty any day. Sail her around the world and maybe never come back.
Ah, dear, I wouldn't have that courage...and on the waving see...
Sail Away!
