I was not able to find anything about these sculptures.
They stay up there, amid the aerials, watching the sea.

The top photo is my favorite.
I like the bright blue sky as the only contrast to the statue. And you also have a very nice composition in it.
No doubt keeping watch that modernity doesn't take over everything.
I really like the first image. very nice.
The look a little strange when you pull back and see them atop the building. Perhaps an artist lives there and this was his only way to display his work!
They sure do look nice against that beautiful blue sky!
