New Leaves

The hat-racked trees in Viale Marconi are already sprouting new leaves ...

... but most of them are around the bottom of the tree!

This seems to be common in Europe. Many urban trees in the Netherlands and Belgium had been topped. Let's see throughout the year how these trees turn out.
