I have already shown you some of the instruments made by the gentleman luthier Furio Sciumbata. I do not post many portraits, but I am glad to introduce the man himself proudly holding his last creature.
This is an exquisite classical ten-string guitar that our luthier has made in almost four months of work.
The elaborate finishing of the sound hole: all the black parts of the guitar and the inlays are made of ebony.

Truly a piece of art. What a talented gentleman.
Really great VP.
It is a beautiful instrument, VP, and a fine portrait. We should see some more of your portraits.
VP you should do portraits more often as you are obvious good at them. The instrument is a beauty.
Your top photo looks like it could be an album cover.
The guitar is a work of art, as one would expect from Italy, with centuries of excelling at wood inlay.
He has a mean moustache, to match his guitar! Nice pictures..

To say you post few portraits is an understatement! Perhaps you should because this is excellent and his work is magnificent. I wish I could hear it.
Just wonderful--the instrument and its maker. His love for the guitar of his creation shows through in your portrait.
He's a true artist! Look at that sound hole.
Oh he should be proud, beautiful handiwork. Excellent portrait also VP my what a spectacular mustache he has!
A fine portrait it is.
