A call sign is a unique designation for a transmitting station: merchant and naval vessels are assigned call signs by their national licensing authorities.
The call sign for the “Tito Neri” tug is IQRH, but I am not even sure if they use it in ordinary trasmissions.See also: Tito Neri

Such beautiful pictures. To me tugs like this are more exciting than superyachts and cruise ships.
