Sven - I think it is a Savoia-Marchetti S.55, a legendary and record-setting airplane.
Love the old post cards! The one on the left seems to be printed on a linen stock. Very nice.

LOVE classic signs that tell a past.
The 1910 postcard is fantastic! Our house in Florida has very high ceilings, so we need artwork that is oversized. I have framed vintage posters of places we love -- like Lake Como, Mont St. Michel, Egypt, etc. -- and placed them there. I'll bet this postcard was once a large poster, too.
Both posters are fantastic! The one from 1932 has such a cool design.
