The “Luogo Pio” (Pious Place) deconsecrated church seen from “Viale Caprera”. It was once known as “Chiesa dell'Assunzione della Vergine e di San Giuseppe” (Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and of St. Joseph).

Hope it turns out to be a promise in the making, and it is well taken care of.
Please have a good Thursday.
It seems sad to think that its time as a sacred place of worship has ended.
That's a beautiful church.
That's a dramatic angle. It makes one feel for the former church.
I went back to the other 9 August post. So if it was given to Seventh Day Adventist Church, have they done something about it?
ciel - I am not sure if the Seventh Day Adventist Church still uses the building, which, as you can see from the old post, is not in too bad shape.
Maybe they can turn it into a discotheque.
Such a unique building. This is a wonder I dont normally see from southern hemisphere
It's a fantastic building. Hope you will show us what it will turn into in a near future.
From the outside it looks quite simple. A big contrast to a lot of Italian churches. :)
Probably going to be a restaurant soon.
For me it's sad to see deconsacrated churches...
I like this shot, VP!
It's a house of worship... how did it get to this state, it's sad. I love churches and chapels, don't like tearing them down..
A nice silhouette!
Bella chiesina...ne ho scovate anche qui, alcune in pessimo stato :( ciao, Arianna
