Cassata and Cannoli

So that's what cassata is!
I remember vendors walking the beaches near Tel Aviv with a box slung over their shoulder, shouting "Cassata, cassata!" In Hebrew it referred to ice cream bars, I'm pretty sure.
I live your version better, so pretty.

Dina - You are right. That is why we specify cassata siciliana: cassata is the ice cream...
