when Don and I lived in the Southwest we ate a lot of different kinds of meat (ie bear, snake) but I we never had donkey or wild boar!

In Switzerland I was always shocked to see restaurant menus on the street saying "horse steak." Now you tell me that people eat donkeys too?!

The photo is great but dried meat doesn't appeal to me. I have to try it some day. :-)
