We have already seen some extravagant turrets along this tract of “Viale Italia”, but these are different. The turrets have a pergola supported by multiple columns. In an excellent corner location, the villa has a lot of green around.Another look at the turret decorated by amphora-like vessels.

I am experiencing turret envy! But I don't think "they" would let us put one on top of our villa. In fact, the other day I inquired about doing just that and is was told, rather rudely, "Move to Italy!"
Nah, I'm just kidding!
Very fancy villa! I love the architectural details!
The photos are lovely with the light wood against the dark sky. Open to the sky, these look less like something that someone might use (except, possibly, for keeping birds!)
Now Jacob is going to move to Italy for a turret!
Very interesting and the sky is beautiful. I like stormy skies with a hint of blue.
These are great. I love the colors in the images.
Amphoras! Fun to see them up in the air instead of buried in the earth.
Dramatic sky, beautiful light and photos.
And an amazing villa/architecture.
I don't see anything strange about moving to Italy for a turret!
These are even mor extravagant with pergola and amphora! I like the light in the photos, really impressive.
Beautiful turret in the winter sky.
Fantastic!
Do you think the owners go sit up there and have an aperitif?
Beautiful turrets but I'm impressed by these clouds, a tornado I think!
Stay safe!

What amazed me the most is the sky !!!
Although the villa is beautiful, my eyes keep on wandering to the magnificent clouds above it! Looks very close! So, what do people actually do up there?
The building is magnificient but the clouds are scary.
I like columns and I don't think I have ever seen them used this way. Very nice!
Does this mean that you can sit up there and watch the rain come down? (A blacker sky can't be!)
How very strange. They somehow put the house slightly out of balance. Perhaps I'm just not used to such a turret. Facscinating.
Would this be a splendid residential house or possibly representative quarters for a company?
More and more beautiful!
:-)
Thanks!
Boy, you sure have a LOT of dramatic wonderful sky--and lovely buildings, very pretty! Nice captures. :-D
Amazing turrets, but more so what a dramtic sky!!!

Very pretty! More like a gazebo on the roof.
Very cute. My house has a pergola too but I'm missing the turret :)
I like these as they are open but have lattice work to create shade.
I am so worried about you out under that storm sky. It looks so threatening...and so beautiful.
