Smokers are a confined and restricted species today. Not so long ago it was perfectly normal to smoke just about anywhere. Nine years ago I failed to convince my neighbors on the night train from Paris to Madrid that smoking in their compartment was not such a brilliant idea for all sorts of reasons.

Livorno must be sooooooo cosmopolitan. Yes? Again, you've done a fantastic job with the signs.
What a great sampling.
First shot i really loved because it says Pizza and i love it Seriously.
Methinks Livorno has reached the status of a great international city...if these signs are any indication.
I wonder if that tobacco shop sells real Cuban cigars?
I quit smoking, but I like the smell of real tobacco.
Those are some great signs, but the first one is really great.
The Argentina pizza place sounds interesting! Good pizza?
Do they do Argentino Tango at the Caminito? Wonderful signs!
Livorno must have the most artistic signs around. I like your unusual and very colorful collection.
Your city has the prettiest oval signs ever - gorgeous colors.
Beautiful signs, but I imagine it's difficult for an Angentine pizzerie be better than an Italian pizzerie! No way! :)

I love those signs - don't know which one the most!
Thanks for letting me know about my post - I've already fixed it:)
Have a nice weekend.
Looks as if you feel like travelling! Very nice trio of plaques! Are you going to tango?
You really have creative graphic designers in Italy.
They are all very nice signs.
Argentine pizza. That's something I never heard of before.
Italians eat pizza made in Argentine style? Very interesting, VP!
You have a real talent for making ordinary things interesting. I like these.
When did pizza become an Argentinian specialty? Huh... I thought all they had over there was the tango!
These are just awesome. I like the look my friend. Have a great Friday :)
Never tried food from Argentina or Cuba — I don't think we even have any here. Would love to try them though.
A lovely oval trio.
Cool set of signs!
I never doubted that Livorno is a worldly city. Nice series.
Argentinian pizza??? With a big steak on top? Why not, could be interesting. Willing to try anything foody, at least once.
