Via dei Fanciulli

Corner building between Via dei Fanciulli and Via Sansoni, Livorno
The corner building between Via dei Fanciulli and Via Sansoni. Via dei Fanciulli (Street of the Young Boys) took its name around 1860 from a nearby Jewish school which attracted a lot of children. Eugenio Sansoni (1828-1906) was the first mayor of Livorno. (Photo taken last July)

I'm just curious about what people do with that corner in their room. :-)

A great perspective on this photo. That building looks like it is going to come off of my computer!

I love this street scene. It reminds me so much of my first few hours in Rome and navigating the streets around my hotel.

I do remember one of these V buildings in Rome. This one has much more of an angle, though. I am a little surprised to see some parking spaces open, however. :)

Interesting, the name and the Jewish school.

The architect of this building had to deal with a remarkably acute angle. It is hard to see how the room near the point can be very useful.
