I spent this weekend at a polling station in
my old elementary school, where I had plenty of time to explore the works of the kids exposed on the walls. This Eurasia is part of a map of the world called “Amici vicini e lontani” (Friends Near and Far).
Africa
North America
South America
Greenland
Australia

The Australians in grass skirts made me laugh!
Well done, fun, pretty.
Good for those kids!
How did it feel being back in your school for days?
These are extraordinary paintings. I love the bright color palette.
These are lovely!
So I see you've been working on the referendums. :-)
Ah school memories!! Haha! the Australia image made me laugh VP, haven't worn a grass skirt since.....last weekend, only joking!!
Beautiful and lovely paintings, so should be the world...
Your photos, and their work, should be made in to postcards, sent to each PM all over the world!
Colorful, nice and with a clear and important message.
Very cute, VP. We adults should occasionally spend time around kids and their work. It is so fresh!
Very nice drawings and they have a good sense of colours too!
It seems they have no friends in Scandinavia! What could we do about it?
Beautiful post, VP! I love these paintings.
@ Svenske Floyd - It is not a problem of friends: they do not have Scandinavia at all!
Creative kids. Although you need to tell them that Sweden is part of Europe!
These paintings are delightful... I bet the Australians would love to know they are thought by Italian kids to be Hawaiians in hula skirts! :-D
I thought it would be Hawaii but it was Australia! Very cute :D
