Our Cathedral is dedicated to Saint Francis, represented in this stained glass window on the apse of the church. The windows were lightened up on Christmas Eve for the Midnight Mass.

Really a beautiful window.
Beautiful work on the window, though the saint looks decidedly unhappy.
The colors are so deep and rich! Nice!
One of the best St. Francis window I've ever seen.
It is lovely and the color is brilliant.
Decidedly so.
He looks well protected.
Beautiful stained glass art... and you have photographed it perfectly.

Stupenda vetrata! Ciao, Arianna
What a beautiful window, but what a sad depiction of St. Francis. My daughter went to a school run by Franciscans. The many statues, windows, and other depictions of St. Francis were certainly more cheerful!
