I like the red ribbon hanging over the balcony - makes it look rather festive. Good street scene and love the Christmas feel and colours.
Cheers.

A wonderful way to celebrate your one-year-anniversary with a number of varied photos. The balcony scene is appealing and picturesque. Hard to choose which is my favorite.

Along with the others, I wish you congratulations on the first anniversary! It's quite an accomplishment, and your blog is such such an enjoyable and interesting addition to the City Daily Photo family. The walk was fun. I'm looking forward to the next 365 days! (I'm assuming you have the same number in Italy???)

The North End in Boston is the "little Italy" -- there one also finds benches for people to sit in front of the stores. In the spring I will try to get some photos.

I'm late, I'm late to wish you a very happy first blog birthday. I always so enjoy your photos, Vogon Poet and thank you for your many visits to me over the year. Apologies for lack of comments lately - due to extra work on a website I'm now working for - pics and articles. Hope to get back to normal mode eventually but it hasn't stopped me looking and enjoying. through your marvellous shots we've got to enjoy your beautiful city through your eyes.

That lady dummy looks alive. I enjoyed the walk. The rickshaw driver with the green cap next to Santa would probably be the thing I would spend my money on.
