The closed shutters add some extra interest to they façade. In New England, shutters are purely decorative. In many cases they are affixed to the siding and can't be opened or closed. My house is 90 years old and has moveable shutters, but I know that none of them have ever been actually moved.

Clever capture and I love the choice for the title! I also love those bikes in front of the building and the flag detail!
