The old corner building was replaced many years ago by a taller and more modern one

Who or what is "Tony"?
Revrunner - A local musical instruments shop.
That's interesting. Even with a newer and taller building, the street is similar.
I enjoy finding old postcards, esp those with history. Too bad that building was not preserved.
Your postcards always remind me of those exercises we had in early school days: find the differences.
Not all that many differences in your two shots today. I'm glad.
Still a nice looking building.
I think I prefer the brick ground floor of the older building than the modern one. Ah well.
I'm with Hilda but, gladly, they kept the general view of the place.
Nice street shot VP. It doesn't seem to have changed much.
Fascinating VP. J'adore looking at old and new..the two buildings to the right seem the same, hard to see the right side properly in the older version.
Thanks, VP!
