The tug boat “Piero Neri” is assisting the 240-meter tanker “Seaborne” during the mooring operations.
Three more tugs were taking part in the maneuver: the “Alfredo Neri” and the “Porto Baratti” are both visible on the left. On the right, the “Francesca Neri” is framed by the bow of the cruise ship “Sovereign”.See also: Piero Neri - Alfredo Neri

I enjoy watching the tugboats work here on the Willamette River each June when some Canadian Navy and US Navy ships come to dock here in Portland, Oregon, during the yearly Rose Festival. It's amazing what they can accomplish, isn't it?

I just LOVE these shots of the tugs at work. I can almost hear them, too. Wonderful!
And, I recognized the shape of that bow on the right. Just love seeing her! The MS Sovereign is the former MS Sovereign of the Seas, recently transferred from Royal Caribbean to Pulmantur in Europe. We sailed on her many times. We sailed on her sister ship Majesty of the Seas for six years before transferring to Freedom of the Seas. Nice!
