Those gnarled limbs are so very interesting.
What wonderful trees.
What a beautiful maze of bark!Duncan In Kuantan
Strange! They must be snuggling to keep warm.
The branches are wonderful, I like a lot! :)Léia
Trees look like that in Brittany. When they survive, that is. Eventually the wind and salt get the better of them... Lovely light!
Funny, I've just finished a book called Twisted Tree.
They sure make a good image VP.
This looks so familiar. As we approach the windy Roca Cape (about 30 kms west of Oeiras) the vegetation is very short and twisted.
Very gnarly. Is that caused by the winds on the coast? MB
Una foto un po' diversa dal solito! Ciao, Arianna
MB - It's surely the wind...
Beautiful trees VP.
To me it looks like part of the film "Out of Africa" by Karen Blixen.Wonderful image and nice light!:)
I ove the twisted trees, and there is hardly a better light than low winter sun.
