The supply vessel “TITO” is in the dry dock for some refurbishing. This kind of boat is designed for the offshore and salvage industry, it is equipped for oil recovery, fire fighting and can also be used as a communication center during rescue operations. The boat, 63-meter long, was built in 1981 at the Astilleros de Huelva (Huelva shipyard), in Spain. The second picture was taken ten days after the first one.

Wonderful transformation!
It is the ship's version of shaving off a two-day stubble.
Wow what a change!
TITO looks ten years younger!
It looks smashing now! Bright yellow against blue sea...
Great renovation, this boat is beautiful!

It looks clean and sparkling! Good job, men (and maybe women?)! :)
Yes, nice clean up for sure. :) It's fun to see before and after shots.
I was fixated on the great peeling YELLOW paint in the first. Now that it's all spiffed up I'm not sure it's as "charming"! LOL

Good job! Hope they didn't just do the paints only.
The TITO looks (looked) like it has been through a lot. Sounds like an important job it has.
Very cool idea, VP!
It's amazing the difference 10 days makes VP, what a brilliant 'thinking ahead' idea to show the second image after the refurb!!
