With its 26 floors and 91 meters it qualifies more as a high-rise, but we still call this building “Il Grattacielo” (The Skyscraper), because it is the tallest and more visible structure in town.
It dominates “Piazza Matteotti” and in the recent days is attracting a few curious onlookers because a maintenance crew is using rope access techniques instead of a traditional scaffolding.
The technicians from the local firm Acrobatic System seem quite comfortable working at this height dangling, with all the safety measures, from a rope.

Once I dreamed of making a living as a window cleaner.
Much success for their work. Safety as well.
Great photos but it's a job I would not want.
Tall enough!
Not the job for me.
Well, there is another job I don't want!
I'd hate this job in bad weather, other than that it must be quite nice to texte while dangling high above...
I would get nervous having the residents watching me from so close.
The skyscraper and the work sure make for dramatic photos.
Excellent images , i couldn't do this job !! :)
I like the guy making a phone call in the last image. "Honey? I'm all tied up here. I'll be home a little late...."
Great captures, although not the job for me! :-)
Gosh!!
Not a job for me.
Nice documentary!
wow imagine that...brave guys!
I have butterflies only to see the pictures, the building is massive!
Hugs

I could never do this job! They must have no fear. :)
it's a difficult job but they seem to do it easily...
Looks like a fun job. and I really like your photos of the guys.
Fantastic top one.
Non potrei mai salire così in alto...neanche per lavoro! Ciao, Arianna
