The Stad Amsterdam is a beautiful sailing ship. I would love to sail on her. Enjoyed your earlier photos of her.

These ships are huge! They must bring a lot of business to Livorno.

Oh, so impressive! I would love to be so close to all that beauty and power.
The tall ship looks dwarfed by the modern ships.

You should have gone for a panorama here I think.

Another way to say 'ducks in a row', I guess. I want to cruise... I'm jealous.

Don't you think the number of cruise ships is increasing? I've just read 147 cruise ships = 230.000 passengers have stopped in Lisbon on the first six months of 2012. I see them going in and out the Tagus estuary, but had no idea they were so many. Great shot by the way, VP.

They so look like they're about to race, only awaiting the Starter's Gun.

Busy day in Livorno! I'm sure, certain actually, that some of them will find their way to Barcelona.

A very impressive line up here VP, my favorite is the little sailboat between the yellow and white boats.

Incredible. As you well know, I'll take the one with masts.

Have a good trip. Monsoon to greet you.

Really impressive! I like the yellow one, even if it is smaller.
