the hat is perfect! like it better than a top hat! I bet Livorno is beautiful in the snow...the old and new buildings, the port, the ships the boats covered with snow! Hard to work in, lovely to look at!

It's funny how we associate snowmen with Christmas when snow belongs over a much longer season. Where I live, we rarely get snow so, when it does come, it's very exciting.
