You can see this shield on the corner of “Via dell’Angiolo” and “Via delle Galere”. It is on the building of the “KinoDessé” movie theater and represents a stylized Liburna, a small galley, used as a symbol by our Chamber of Commerce.

great shot!
An historic looking shield.
Wonderful! This is so great VP.
A classic symbol for a port town. I like it!
I really like that.
What a combination of street names! Very nice work, I like the flying banner look.
Davvero prezioso e significativo questo stemma!!!
It's lovely!
Interesting find VP, I agree with Ciel, the street names sound very romantic to me! btw love the little ladybug on your 'chilli horseshoe'.
I had to go read about the Liburna. Your post makes me realize that here in Jerusalem we often think of the Roman Legion, the army; but we tend to forget that Rome also had a navy.
Very attractive! It seems so appropriate for a port city.
Great details, a creative art!
I like it a lot , thanks for sharing!

I like it very much. Beautiful boat!
