“
Juicy Salif”, the legendary lemon squeezer designed by
Philippe Starck in 1990, which ended up on display at
Museum of Modern Art of New York.

“La conica” an espresso coffee maker designed in the early 1980s by the Italian architect
Aldo Rossi. Both objects are made by
Alessi and I caught them in a shop window in “Via Marradi”.

I love the design of the juicer.
I love Alessi. Is that a three legged spider though?
We have a few items by Alessi.
I love the Italian style/design.
A little originality goes a long way.
Even the reflection is artistic.
I have never seen the Stark juicer, but now I am thinking I need one!
PS: I am looking forward to seeing the results of your Pisan expedition. Just be careful and try to blend in with the locals. ;)
Lo spremiagrumi non mi pare tanto funzionale...ma sarebbe un bel pezzo d'arredamento! Ciao, Arianna
The espresso maker reminds me of a rocket.. love it!
My orange squeezer is made from plastic. But it still works after a couple of eons.
Starck's lemmon squeezer surely deserves its place at the MoMA.
