The opening ceremony of the newly refurbished “Piazza Attias” was just six months ago and all its decorated planters are already only glorified two-meter-tall trash cans.

Yes, life seems currently to move from Babylon towards Eden.
Please have a good Tuesday.
That's a shame. THey are so lovely! Maybe someone needs to do some midnight planting. ;)
Since the plants are gone, it is better the planters are used for trash than for the trash to be on the street. I guess at least that is a bright side. :)
What a shame! They would have been wonderful as planters.
I agree with Jack.
What happened to the plants?
Yeah, where are the plants?
Here we would be worried they would become a hiding place for a bomb.
It's a pity to see that garbage. They could plant flowers there, it would be really beautiful!

You wonder how hard can it be for people just to put their rubbish in a normal rubbish bin. People are so lazy! Such a shame VP, plants would looks to good in these.
Why I am not surprised???
It's a pity! But I have seen this in other parts of Europe too! The world is no more what it used to be.
