Yes, it's Bougainvillea and as far as I know, it doesn't smell. Nevertheless, it is a wonderful frame for the balcony, emphasizing all the details. Great, VP!
Beautiful composition with the fantastic balcony in the background. Bougainvillaeas are in full bloom here too and will remain like that until October/November.
Love their colors, but absolutely hate their thorns and the daily sweeping that their one-day-only blooms require. I guess all beauty require high maintenance. ;)
