Well, I will keep walking and cycllng OUTSIDE, this time of year.
Someone must have been thinking/ giving up the keep fit program.
I can think of at least two similar machines of torture that i have personally put on the front verge for anyone who wanted it to take away, and they did thank goodness haha! Walking is the best!
