Round Windows

Maritime Terminal, port of Livorno
I am not sure about the nature of this building, which lies inside the cargo port, not far from the Stazione Marittima (Maritime Terminal).

    Seeing as how it is in a marine area, I'd guess they are portholes but their purpose is lost to me. Cute, though!
