  1. They're done here. It's a difficult thing to discuss. On the one hand, it's sad that it happens in the first place... on the other, how long should that stay in place?

  2. We have them here too. So sad. This one looks like it is either new or very well kept.

  3. Wm asks a good question. Haven't seen one for a long time, but a previous ghost bike was in place for several years on one of our boulevards.

  8. The flowers break the ghostly whiteness and add a sign of hope for a safer future.

  9. I see them here. Not are only a sign of a tragic death but also one that more than likely could have been avoided.

  10. Sad, but also very pretty....
We should not take life for granted.

I have never seen a bike decorated like this before.
(Here we have candles and flowers.)

  16. Always sad to see. I go by one here that has been there for more than 2 years and is always decorated with flowers and candles. It is a memorial to a very popular teacher.

  18. That is so sad VP. I often see flowers and a cross in different parts along the roads, but never a bike.

  19. How sad. It's a good reminder for cyclists and motorists to be more careful.
