I like the bike racks. Is that red bike one of those "share" bikes of which Europe seems to have a lot and we have only a few?

Italy is a leader in style and design, isn't it? I have been seeing many more public bicycle racks, of many different designs and qualities, but these simple racks are among the better ones.
