Inside San Sebastiano

Interior of the church of San Sebastiano, Livorno

The church of San Sebastiano was built after the plague epidemic of 1632 in honor of Saint Sebastian, the protector of the plague victims. The architect was Giovanni Francesco Cantagallina, brother of Antonio, one of the architects of our Cathedral.
