A busy day for the pilots of the port of Livorno: it is late afternoon and three cruise ships are leaving within minutes, with also ferries and cargo ships coming and going.
Twenty minutes later the 291-meter “Ventura” is already outside the port, but we can still see the pilot.
The 239-meter “Riviera” is still moored inside the Porto Mediceo, but the pilots are already on board.

ReplyDeleteThese are all superb photos. Each is special. That tug is moving water as it moves out! I didn't realize until fairly recently how busy your port was.
