Thank you VP. These are always great!
ReplyDeleteI think we have all been victims at one time or another.
ReplyDeleteA hundred years ago, wow!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great comparison.
ReplyDelete... like it was truly yesterday.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I love seeing them together.
ReplyDeleteIt has hardly changed at all. A classic!
ReplyDeleteThen and now, beautiful !
ReplyDeleteA difference of almost 100 years and not much has changed... except the cars.
Huh? Old postcards? Are you kidding?
ReplyDeleteWe don't really dress like that anymore, we don't have that kind of parade anymore or only rarely but we still bicycle and thankfully go to the market. It's a beautiful building.
Fine photo of a historic building that has survived. Few changes in the building itself. It is still a central market, or is it now used for other things?
ReplyDeleteNothing much has changed. I am sure there are still parades past there. And, I saw that your link goes to your very first post, in December 2008!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful building and, once again, great "before/after" post.
