  1. Really a beautiful new structure, but still sad to see the old one unused.

  3. VP, looks like a very nice building although it is a pity to lose the old parts of town.

  4. I agree with Farmchick. They should restore the old one instead of building new ones. Nice lines in the new building.

  5. The older building are really beautiful and the new---all glass and metal. I suppose more modern but just not as classic. MB

  6. Not too bad modern architecture but I'm with all those who say that old can be modernised...

  7. acci che bello, questo non lo sapevo, speriamo che i livornesi ne abbiano cura e non venga poi lasciato andare come troppe volte succede!
peccato demolire i vecchi palazzi, è come cancellare una parte storica di livorno.

  11. Both perspectives are fantastic, VP! Is there any chance the old buildings are spared and restored?

  12. I can't add new to what's been said. No need to discard the old, but can't say no to the new either. It boils down to design excellence. I like what you've shown us of the new civic centre.
