  1. Your first image has that interesting spatial element arrangement. Very 3D like.

  3. At least it looks as if they are kept clean, which is impressive, seen from here.

As long as there's light, there's life. And what should be good, may take a while, longer.

    Please have a good Thursday.

  6. Architecturally, they are not up to the standards of so much else that you show us from Livorno.

  7. I can't figure out how they get electricity. Are they connected where the older ones used to be?

Please stop by on Thursday, after midnight on Wednesday even, at Portland Oregon Daily Photo to see my first ever embedded video. It shows my younger son Leland bouldering at The Circuit in Portland, Oregon, as filmed by his older brother Lamont, who also boulders.

  9. This place is so beautiful, I imagine how charming was with the original lamps, I hope they can change them.

  10. @ Jack - A lot of people are working hard to lower our standards and they are slowly succeeding!

  13. It seems "temporary" for you and "temporary" for them are quite different!

  14. It seems temporary has the same meaning in both our countries...

  15. Not very fitting the space, these lampposts, but they aren't as grotesque as the cheap China lamps being installed all over Manila! Ugh!
