In “Piazza XX Settembre”, the statue of Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany, is seen through a giant pretzel. This weekend we have a food fair with specialties from Italy and abroad.(To be continued...)

Everything looks really good, specially the bread.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delicious post today! I love this huge pretzel:)
ReplyDeleteHave a nice Sunday!
The first photo is a gem. The sausages pan, just like German Christmas markets. Oh and that bread! You're making me hungry, not fair!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhy the low clearance? I of course have no clue.
P.S.: all I know is that Louis XIV wanted water from the Eure river to be diverted to Versailles' gardens. He even began the construction of a giant aqueduct (visible on one of the bench photos I sent you in August) for that purpose, it was meant to span from Maintenon to Versailles (apprx. 56 km). Naturally it was never finished.
ReplyDeleteI love food fair! Everything looks so delicious to me.
ReplyDeleteIsn't amazing how diverse and appetizing different foods can look? To bring them all together in a setting like this is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteThe giant pretzel is very funny but which pic did really catch my attention? The cheeeese, of course! :-)
ReplyDeleteYummy!:)
ReplyDeleteEveryone looks great framed by a pretzel!
