Food Fair

Food fair, piazza XX Settembre, LivornoIn “Piazza XX Settembre”, the statue of Leopold II, Grand Duke of Tuscany, is seen through a giant pretzel.   9. The first photo is a gem. The sausages pan, just like German Christmas markets. Oh and that bread! You're making me hungry, not fair!!!!

    Why the low clearance? I of course have no clue.

  10. P.S.: all I know is that Louis XIV wanted water from the Eure river to be diverted to Versailles' gardens. He even began the construction of a giant aqueduct (visible on one of the bench photos I sent you in August) for that purpose, it was meant to span from Maintenon to Versailles (apprx. 56 km). Naturally it was never finished.
