On a Bollard

Sparrow, bird on a bollard, Porto Mediceo, LivornoStill posting “canned” images of Livorno from Paris: the photo of this lonely bird was taken about a month ago at the Elba pier, inside the “Porto Mediceo”.

  6. Sparrows are such dainty little things. I love the way the colors of its plumage are echoed in the colors of the rust and in the background. Nice shot.

  9. Nicely done. It's hard to capture a bird's beaky expression but you've done it here.

    And you needn't apologize for what you call "canned" images...they are worthy photographs and it matters not when or where you took them!
