Piazza Attias “Skyscraper”

Piazza Attias, Livorno
In Piazza Attias we have another building which is improperly called “grattacielo” (skyscraper).

    It is built well for laundry hanging but for privacy, not so much.
    How tall does a skyscraper have to be to qualify for the name?
