Oh my, we have the same problem here. Lots of copper thefts around these parts.
Oi! Whatever it is, they should put up a sign like your title, NOT copper.
Cooper theft is also common here. Looks like the thief was fooled with this building.
We have the same problem here...Is this a shop? An art studio? A museum?Or the entrance to a parking garage?
Unfortunately it's common here too.The building itself looks interesting. Reminds me of a gatehouse. A very modern looking gatehouse.
Here it would have been sprayed /tagged before next day. A unique building. What is it?

It was intended as a bar of sorts on the lungomare, but it is not actually in use now...
They will steal anything these days!
