For a second or two I thought I saw a Christmas tree on the top.... Well, it is Christmas time :) I would have enjoyed walking there or just sit on the bench and have a look around.
It's a nice-looking building; I'm thinking an office building? I like the "cupola" with the stylized Xmas tree! Being right on the canal I'd guess it has some involvement with the marine business.
I like the way it looks.
