Greetings from Livorno #3

Two more “Saluti da Livorno” (Greetings from Livorno) postcards, published by the same Künzli Frères in Zurich around 1900.

In another postcard we have a view of Piazza della Repubblica (then Piazza Carlo Alberto), the Mercato Centrale, and the monument to Vittorio Emanuele II.

    One thing I used to buy in "the old days" when visiting Italy,was Italian made writing papers, envelopes and cards. ( I think some from Amalfi )

    These days it is not often I write or get handwritten letters. But I have some old family letters that I treasure.
