    Very few buildings stand for long in my neighborhood before someone is hankering to tear them down and build something else.

    Love the comparison of the 100 year old postcard and your current photo. This building looks like it could use some restoration to bring it back to its former glory.

    Beautiful arched detail around the windows VP, am very glad that THAT hasn't changed over the years.
