Very few buildings stand for long in my neighborhood before someone is hankering to tear them down and build something else.
I like the contrast between yours and the postcard.
Beautiful details.
Love the comparison of the 100 year old postcard and your current photo. This building looks like it could use some restoration to bring it back to its former glory.
Interesting how it hasn't changed all that much ... could use a bit of renovation, perhaps, but it is a beautiful structure!
I like the WINDOWS. ( And the building is fantastic)I wish I could have rented a room on either side at the top!:)
WoW! It hasn't changed much in a hundred years!
Ha!... without the light bulb hanging.
So very little difference! It's beautiful, though it does need a bit of love and attention...
Another fine opportunity to compare today with the past.
An interesting building indeed, now and then.
Beautiful arched detail around the windows VP, am very glad that THAT hasn't changed over the years.
