It wasn't exactly night, only late dusk, and I admit that a bit of nuit américaine (day for night) was used in this image of lamp posts on the Fosso Reale.
La nuit américaine is a dated cinematographic technique, which has almost nothing to do with photography. I liked the name, it is also a famous film of François Truffaut, and I used it just for fun...
