Thank goodness the driver could stop before falling off. The bridge looks even scarier now with just that frail railing.

I agree with Revrunner. Over here, that temporary railing would be completely inadequate. The driver was lucky not to go over.
Good for the driver that he stopped there. I like the big, yellow building, behind the bridge.
Interesting. Was the driver drunk or something? I can't imagine something like that happening under normal circumstances.
