I like to imagine VP stepping out on that balcony and with an encompassing wave of the arm exhorting "I proclaim City Daily Photo Theme Day. Bloggers of the world, unite!"
Dina - Any guy speaking from a balcony tend to remind us of Mussolini, the wave of the hand is slightly popish and the last part of my supposed proclamation is a bit too Marxist... May I simply tweet the Theme Day from my couch?
